OUR GREATEST CONFESSION

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Our Greatest Confession is not the confession of sins but the confession of the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Salvation is effected when a sinner acknowledges and confesses that Jesus is Lord according to our opening scripture.
All the other positive and faith confessions we make like, I can never be sick, I can never be poor, the lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places, are not to be compared to the confession of the Lordship of Jesus.
The day you confessed that Jesus is Lord, not only did you pass from death unto life, you also welcomed the government, power and provisions of Christ our Lord into your life. This is the confession that scripture teaches that you should hold fast unto.
Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;
This confession is what differentiate the saved from the unsaved. The reason even other religions cannot say Jesus is Lord is because they don’t have the Holy Ghost hence not saved, Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost (1 Corinthians 12:3).
The more you confess Jesus is Lord, the more you are invoking His government and every power in His throne into your life. And that drives away every works of darkness in your life.
I love to confess Jesus is Lord all the time. And when I do, I sense the reign of His power in my life. It is my favorite confession of all time. Jesus is Lord!
