PRAYER IS EARTHLY LICENSE FOR HEAVENLY INTERFERENCE

Luke 18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

Very often you hear people ask, if God is all-knowing why do I have to pray before my needs are met or that problem is solved?

I will ask you a question: why do God put thoughts in our hearts to pray about especially during times of prayer even though He is all-knowing?

God wants you to pray because in prayer, you give Him the license to intervene in your life. It is sad that many still don’t know that this earth realm is man’s world and nothing happens here without the permission of man.

God is a Spirit. He does not have jurisdictional authority to function on earth. Hence He needs a human to give Him the license to interfere on earthly matters.

That’s why Jesus said, pray for the kingdom to come on earth. Jesus will often ask, people what do you want me to do for you even though He saw their obvious problem? He needs their permission to move in that area.

This is why you must take prayers seriously. If you stop praying you stop heaven from moving in your life. Shutting prayer is shutting heaven from manifesting in your life.
